Rule 606 Disclosure

Livermore Capital currently does not route non-directed orders in NMS securities. If Livermore Capital’s business model were to change such that it begins routing non-directed orders in NMS securities, Livermore Capital will comply with the disclosure requirements of SEC Rule 606 under Regulation NMS, including the preparation and publication of required routing reports.
